MONTH OF COORDINATION

Think of us as your day-of coordinator! This package is the perfect solution for couples who have all the planning down, but want the peace of mind of a professional when it comes to handling wedding day details and logistics. We will be at your service during the weeks prior to your wedding, and most importantly, on the actual wedding day.

Pre- Planning

Introductory client meeting to gather wedding details
Development of progress checklist divided into monthly tasks
Continuous communication via phone/email of weekly status updates
Coordination and confirmation of final details and logistics with vendors 1-2 weeks before event day
Creation of detailed wedding day timeline/itinerary & compilation of emergency contact information of all vendors/parties involved
1 venue visitation prior to wedding day
Wedding rehearsal management & coordination

Wedding Day Coordination

Ensuring décor setup and styling elements fulfill our clients vision
Primary contact for vendors
Facilitating guest list coordination and ensuring adhoc tasks are executed according to schedule
Manage itinerary to ensure program specifics and timelines are met

PARTIAL WEDDING PLANNING & COORDINATION

Have you already started the planning process, but can use an extra set of hands? No matter the stage you are in your wedding planning, we will join you on your journey & and provide full support for the rest of the planning experience.

Introductory client meeting to gather wedding details
Recommendations & assistance on select vendor services of your choice (decor, photography, cake, hair/make up, DJ, etc.)
Continuous communication via phone/email of weekly status updates
Up to (5) in-person and/or virtual planning sessions
1 venue visitation prior to wedding day
This package includes all tasks within the Month of Coordination package (Pre-planning & Wedding Day Coordination)

FULL WEDDING PLANNING & COORDINATION

Need someone along for the entire ride? We're here! Helping to oversee all aspects of planning, from conception to fruition, this package covers all of the details that go into making your wedding truly extraordinary & memorable!

Budget breakdown & cost management throughout planning process
Development of wedding theme, style & overall aesthetic
Continuous communication via phone/email of weekly status updates
Development of a detailed wedding timeline and monthly checklist
Venue search and site visits as needed
Vendor recommendations and negotiations including attendance at (3) vendor appointments of your choice
Up to (10) in-person and/or virtual planning sessions
